Königsberger Immobilien took over our condominium owners’ associations from day one, supported the acceptance inspection and kept careful track of the warranty. Our buyers feel well looked after, and that speaks for our projects.”

Frequently asked questions
When should we bring in the property manager?
Ideally before the first handover, so that the declaration of division (Teilungserklärung, the legal document that splits the building into units and common property), the annual budget and the contracts fit together.
Do you also take on small projects?
Yes, including projects with just a few units.
