What does selling with an agent cost?
For apartments and single-family homes, German law requires the commission to be split between buyer and seller. We give you the terms in writing in advance.
How long does a sale take?
Often two to four months from the first conversation to the notary appointment.
Do you also sell apartments in buildings you manage?
Yes. In that case we already know the records, reserve and condition, and can answer buyers’ questions right away.
