Why we put it this way

We have been managing properties in the Bavarian Oberland since 1982. In that time we have seen what happens when property management only reacts. Emails go unanswered, the annual statement arrives in the fall, and a small water stain turns into a major renovation. If you want to preserve a building, you have to know it.

At the same time, the work has changed. Owners rightly expect to see receipts online, get quick answers and understand what their money is spent on. We combine that with what has defined us for more than 40 years: closeness to the place and to the people.
